It's now late autumn and it's getting cold (well, at least in the SE states). How did that happen? We had a great 09/10 AR competitive season! There were so many events on the calendar. But now it somehow seems the 10/11 season is just around the corner!

Sure, have a wee rest post season. But keep at it! It's too much fun to not! With Le Tour just around te corner, now's the time to stock up on SPINeRVALS, jump on the trainer and get some fitness under the belt whilst watching the likes of Evans and Contador smashing it up the hills on the nightly highlights!
